Senator Mitch McConnell speaks to Kentuckians about why he feels Obamacare (which is the same as the ACA) is a failure, and why it needs to be replaced with a Republican plan many are calling Trumpcare or Ryancare, Monday, March 20, 2017. McConnell had flown to Kentucky with United States President Donald Trump who would speak to 15,000 of his supporters about taxes and draining the swamp and various subjects during a massive campaign rally style stop at Freedom Hall in Louisville, Kentucky. The Republican controlled U.S. House of Representatives are due to vote on the bill McConnell was promoting on Thursday, March 23, 2017. At least 22 republicans are against the bill and Trump had threatened to punish politically those who vote against it.
