In 1841, after the British Royal Navy landed in Hong Kong, the British colonial government appointed William. Captain William Caine is the chief magistrate of Hong Kong and is setting up a referee at Hollywood Road. Initially, the Magistrates' Court was only a straw shed, and in the future it became the former Central District Police Station complex, which was an early judicial place in Hong Kong.
