Refugees Seek To Reach Northern Europe Via Italy

European Union nations are currently bickering over how to distribute 40,000 refugees camped in Italy and Greece more fairly throughout Europe, though some members, including Austria and the Czech Republic, are flat out refusing to accept any more refugees.
