Traditional Kabbadi Wrestling Championship in Pakistan

Kabaddi, the traditional tag-wrestling sport involves players trying to tag an opponent before making it back to their half of the field. The game is played in two halves of 20 minutes each. Two teams occupy opposite halves of a field and take turns sending a 'raider' into the other half, in order to win points by tagging or wrestling members of the opposing team; the raider then tries to return to his own half, holding his breath during the whole raid. Kabaddi is a hugely popular in the Punjab provinces of India and Pakistan, where it originates, and is played in countries around the world with South Asian populations.
