Reverend Perry Leading a Tent Revival

(Original Caption) The Reverend Milton Perry, 22-year-old Harlem Evangelist(left), leads a follower with upraised arms to the reception of God at the Evangelistic rally at 135th Street and Lenox Avenue. The Reverend Perry says that, "A person's faith is God can accomplish anything, "as he explained how some 300 lame, blind and crippled persons have been "cured" in his revival tent. "I do not heal them," he explained, "I do not have the power to heal. I can only release their faith in God. That is what cures them."
