Accused Spy Robert Phillip Hanssen
385861 05: The home where accused spy Robert Phillip Hanssen once lived is seen February 21, 2001 in Chicago. Hanssen, a 25-year FBI agent, was arrested February 18, 2001 at a park in suburban Virginia after dropping a package of documents for his Russian contacts, authorities said. Hanssen was born in Chicago on April 18, 1944, attended Taft High School and Northwestern University's Dental School from 1966 to 1968. Northwestern University says he withdrew from the dental school in 1968, but received an MBA degree in accounting from the university in 1971. He joined the Chicago police department as an investigator for just over 4 years from October 1972 to January 1977 before he joined the FBI. (Photo by Tim Boyle/Newsmakers)
