Charred Remains of Station Wagon
The charred remains of a station wagon which belonged to three civil rights workers missing since Sunday is towed away from a spot 15 miles northeast of Philadelphia, Mississippi. The three - James Cheney, Andrew Goodman, and Michael Schwerner - were murdered by men from Meridian, Mississippi; forty-one years passed before a conviction in the case.
