Reading, PA - June 23: Children play in the spray from the fire hydrant opened during the City of Reading's Wacky Water Wednesday event. On South 3rd street outside the 3rd and Spruce Recreation Center in Reading, PA Wednesday afternoon June 23, 2021 for the first Wacky Water Wednesday of the 2021 Summer. For the event the street is closed off and a fire hydrant with a specially made cap to spray water like a sprinkler is turned on so that residents can cool off in the water.
