Foiled Protest Against Reopening of Lagos-Lekki Toll Plaza.

Activists had called for a renewed protest following a judicial panel authorization of the reopening the city's toll gate, the flash point of the #EndSARS protests against police brutality, where the military shot at peaceful protesters on 20th October 2020.
