In this photograph taken on February 9, 2018, visitors watch screens at Hennessy's cellars in Cognac, southwestern France, during a guided tour. Within a shiny copper pipe flows transparent brandy, with ten stills aligned on both sides of the distillation room, nothing seems changed since the nineteenth century in the eyes of visitors who come to discover the secrets of making cognac in Charente.
