(Original Caption) In a special signing ceremony at the Paramount Studios today, the contract was made "official" when Demille, as a congratulatory gift, presented to Mrs. Lydia Heston the leather folder, on the cover of which was a gold plate engraved with the words: "Frazer Clarke Heston is hereby engaged to play the part of the baby Moses in 'The Ten Commandments.' Cecil B. Demille. 1955." Within the folder were several pages of the actual script, containing the scenes in which the baby Moses participates, including the scene in which the ark is found in the bulrushes.
