Former football stars of Notre Dame University including the famed "Four Horsemen," arrived in Los Angeles en route to Hollywood where they will film The Spirit of Notre Dame. Knute Rockne was making arrangements to star in the movie when he was killed in an air crash. Front row (from left) are: "Chilly" Walsh, Elmer Layden, Harry Stuhldreher, Bonnie Rockne, Jim Crowley, Don Miller, John Law, and Larry "Moon" Mullins.
