(Original Caption) Championship Fight Announcing Team. Clem McCarthy (left), NBC's reporter of sporting events, and Edwin C. Hill (right), will describe the Louis-Farr World's Heavyweight Championship Fight to be broadcast exclusively by NBC over its combined networks on September 26. McCarthy will give a blow-by-blow description of the contest, while Hill will summarize between rounds. This will be the fourth heavyweight fight to be reported for NBC by the McCarthy-Hill combination under the sponsorship of the Buick Division of General Motors. 1937.
