Celebrity Tattoo Artist Scott Campbell Tattoos Londoners For Free At His Event 'Whole Glory'

Campbell's tattoos usually cost thousands of dollars but at his event he gives members of the public free tattoos to stick their arm through the wall with no communication allowing Campbell to tattoo whatever he pleases leaving the recipient unaware of the design until it is finished.
