Greg Aziz, chairman of National Steel Car Ltd., in Hamilton is building a dream estate for himself and his family southeast of Belfountain in Town of Caledon. He owns at least 250 acres. Key components include a 63,900 square foot equestrian centre and a14,400 square foot home (not including basement) that's a replica of Le Petit Trianon, considered one of the most perfect buildings in France and located at Versailles, 12 km from Paris. This house, completed in 1768, was designed by architect Ange-Jacques Gabriel for Louis XV as a gift to his favourite mistress Madam de Pompadour.
